What we collect

What you send us: your email address, the style or product you want made, quantities, your selling market, and anything you add by email. If you pay by card, the payment provider processes your card details; we do not see or store them.

Why

We use it to reply to your request and to deliver the work you order. We also keep the business records the law requires. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who else sees it

Factories see your product specification, not your identity, unless you ask us to introduce you. Our email, form and payment providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become orders: deleted after 12 months. Orders: kept for 7 years for accounting.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. If you're in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
